Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
To submit a request, email us at support@verela.uk with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.


3. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items

For custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Please contact us at support@verela.uk and we will confirm whether cancellation is possible for your specific order.


4. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery without prior approval, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us.


5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email our support team at support@verela.uk.
Please include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Items purchased

  • Reason for cancellation


6. Processing Time

Approved cancellations and refunds are processed within 7 days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
